If you paid for the order by bank transfer, be aware that the interbank delay can take up to 3 to 5 working days to receive your payment.
Until receipt of your transfer, the status of your order is:
"Waiting for bank transfer".
Upon receipt of your transfer, the status of the order will be updated
in your customer account.
Instead of "Waiting for bank transfer" will appear "Payment accepted"
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Your order will only be triggered when MaillonCréation® receives your payment.
Consequently, an order confirmation email will be sent to you so that you can read your order reference which will be kept.
