However, depending on the progress of the preparation of your order, we may be inclined to respond to your request.

A. Modification: addition of article(s)

You must place a second additional order or request the cancellation of the current one and place a new order.

If you wish to cancel, you must request it.

Log into your customer account with your email address and password.

You will find the section “History of your orders”.

Choose the “Details” object

You just have to write your message and send it.

MaillonCréation will get back to you by return email within 48 working hours to confirm that your request has been taken into account.

B. Modification: deletion of an article(s)

In both cases, if your order has already been shipped, cancellation will unfortunately not be possible. We advise you to refuse the package upon delivery.

Please note: if you refuse delivery and in accordance with the law of retraction, MaillonCréation® will deduct the return costs from your reimbursement.
