To know the status of your order

Go to your customer account

Click on the "History of your orders" section

A. If the status of your order is "order in preparation"

This means that it will be shipped very soon. From then on, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you and package tracking will be available.

If you have a question to ask about your delivery before obtaining package tracking, here is the process:

Log in to your customer account with your email address and password.

You will find in “History of your orders”, the heading “Details”.

Write your message and click on "Send" so that your message is sent to us.

B. If your order status is "order shipped"

This means that your package is already on its way. An email was sent to you on the day of shipment to inform you of your package tracking.

You can track the progress of your order through your customer account.

Here is the process:

Log in to your customer account with your email address and password.

You will find in “History of your orders”, the heading “Details”.

You will find at your disposal your parcel tracking.
