Once your package has been prepared, it is sent to the carrier who takes care of delivering it to your home or to a relay point.

We prepare the package with care, but despite our best efforts and in some rare cases, it happens that the package suffers damage during transport.

It is therefore very important to check in the presence of the delivery person:

1. Condition of the package

If the package is damaged or shows any abnormal traces.

2. Product Condition

If the product is broken, scratched, damaged, nonconforming or incomplete.

In all cases, you must notify on the delivery note the observation you made during the check and/or refuse the goods.

Thereafter, we advise you to inform us of your situation from your customer account:

      ° If defective / broken product

      ° If non-compliant product

      ° If incomplete product

Written notification of any damage allows us to initiate an investigation with our carrier. Without specific reservations on the transport voucher, we will not be able to cover the return costs.
