After validation of your basket, two situations are possible:
A. Your order is immediately validated
An order confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes to confirm that your purchase has been taken into account.
In this email will be present your order number which must be kept.
It is therefore important to check your mailbox and unwanted mail (spam) if you do not see this email.
B. You must finalize your order
Don't worry, everything is fine!
Following the payment made by credit card and because our site is secure, the payment page after validation of your basket has given way to the control page of your bank.
At this stage, your bank asks you to authenticate yourself to secure your purchase and thus trigger your order with MaillonCréation.
The authentication system is determined in advance by your bank.
It is very common for this system to go through the sending of an SMS with a single-use code, which will be entered on your bank's control page.
However, if you have another authentication system, don't worry.
If necessary, you can contact your bank advisor.
