If you have placed several orders, the goods may be sent separately.

Follow the delivery of your package:

You can follow each of the orders via your customer account in the "History of your orders" section. The "Details" button lets you know where your package is as soon as it is shipped.

If you need assistance tracking an order:

You will find in “History of your orders”, the section “ADD A MESSAGE”.

In some cases, we may ship the order in multiple packages.

If you have partially received the order, we invite you to contact us, we will get back to you by return email within 48 working hours.

During this period, do not hesitate to check your mailbox and your spam.
