It all depends on the reason:
Change of opinion
If you have changed your mind and you no longer want your product (Retraction):
° The return costs will be at your expense.
° You are free to choose the carrier of your choice.
Attention :
Do not forget to ask the carrier for proof of deposit with package tracking to provide proof of shipment to the seller. If you have made a return without tracking the package and the seller has not received the goods, it will unfortunately be impossible to get a refund.
Problem with the product
If you have received your order but it is defective / incomplete / non-compliant:
The return costs are the responsibility of MaillonCréation, which will inform you of the means of return:
° Prepaid return voucher: all you have to do is go to your relay point to drop off your package.
° Removal of the goods directly from your home: you will have to agree with MaillonCréation on a date and a time for the carrier to come to your home.
