Retraction implies that you have changed your mind after having received your product in good condition and wish to send it back for a refund.

What are the conditions for being able to withdraw?

      ° It is necessary that you inform the seller of your wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after the delivery date (you will find the procedure below).

      ° In accordance with article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you.

      ° After this period of 14 calendar days, the seller will not be able to make any exchange or refund.

Items must be unused and without any traces or marks.

The return costs are your responsibility. You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. A fixed abatement of 10% will be automatically applied to our invoiced selling price(s) corresponding to delivery, packaging and order processing costs.

Steps to follow

First of all, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw:

Log into your customer account with your email address and password.

You will find in “History of your orders”, the heading “Details”.

Choose the object "Return an item"

You just have to write your message and send it

We will get back to you by return email within 48 working hours. He will send you the terms of return (postal address where to send the goods and possibly a form to complete and an invoice to attach to the package).

° You must not return the goods before having received our response by email, otherwise this could significantly delay the processing of your request, or even prevent it.

Once you have received our confirmation, you will only have to send the product back.

° Do not forget to ask the carrier for proof of deposit with package tracking to provide proof of shipment. If you have made a return without tracking the package and we have not received the goods, it will unfortunately be impossible to refund you.
